Contractor Program Manager – Agency Medical Evaluations Network – Remote (#R10231)
Location: Remote (nationwide oversight; periodic travel to FBI offices, provider clinics, and program review meetings as required)
Employment Type: Full-time, exempt leadership position
Hourly Rate: $115.77 / hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, or other advanced practice provider) with current unrestricted license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
✔️ Occupational or preventive medicine background strongly preferred
✔️ 5–7 years experience in occupational health, employee medical programs, or large-scale clinical operations; prior federal or law enforcement experience preferred
✔️ Experience managing multi-site or nationwide provider networks, including credentialing, quality assurance, and performance management
✔️ Familiarity with JCAHO, ACOEM, OSHA, HIPAA, Privacy Act requirements, and medical surveillance programs
✔️ Ability to obtain/maintain FBI background checks, clearances, and Limited Access Request approvals
✔️ Skills: Leadership, people management, organizational/project management, advanced communication, data-driven, strong understanding of security/privacy/compliance
✅ Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Contract Delivery
✔️ Lead all aspects of FBI Medical Evaluations and Services program, ensuring compliance with Statement of Work, RFP, and task orders
✔️ Primary liaison to FBI COR, Contracting Officer, and other government stakeholders
✔️ Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, SOPs, and QA processes
Network Development & Management
✔️ Build and oversee nationwide Patient Physician Network (PPN) capable of delivering required exams on time and within distance standards
✔️ Manage provider performance, corrective actions, and discontinuation of underperforming clinics
Operational Oversight & Performance Management
✔️ Oversee scheduling operations, ensuring timely completion of exams and adherence to contract standards
✔️ Lead monthly status meetings and provide reporting including cost reports and QA metrics
Financial & Invoicing Management
✔️ Oversee accurate invoicing, line-item detail, and reconciliation with FBI requirements
✔️ Resolve improper billing incidents promptly
Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
✔️ Coordinate with FBI technical points on evolving exam requirements
✔️ Lead internal/external communications during surge events, government closures, or pandemics
Physical Examination Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee and, when clinically appropriate, perform occupational health exams including fitness-for-duty, surveillance, and travel medical assessments
✔️ Ensure all exam components are completed, documented, and meet FBI standards
✔️ Support specialized testing (audiometry, spirometry, color vision, etc.)
Medical Oversight Responsibilities
✔️ Ensure all PPN practitioners hold appropriate licenses and certifications
✔️ Establish and maintain clinical protocols consistent with federal and professional standards
✔️ Oversee clinical QA reviews of exam reports
✔️ Ensure rapid notification and response for critical findings
