🏥 Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Locum)
📍 Location: New York
⏰ Schedule: Variable Shifts | OR + Call Coverage
🗓️ Assignment: Ongoing | 2+ Years Experience Required
📋 SCHEDULE & WORK DETAILS:
• Variable shifts with call coverage
• Call Rate: $4/hour
• Holiday / Call-Back / OT Multiplier: 1.25x
🛑 REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years current OR experience
• Travel experience required
• Float experience required (vascular, ortho, trauma, general surgery, robotics, urology, ENT)
• Scrub and circulate experience required
• EPIC experience required (must be listed on submission)
• Active New York RN License
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)
📄 COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION:
• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License required at submission
• Updated CV with full work history
• Skills checklist (within 1 year)
• 1 supervisory reference (within 2 years)
• Current Nursys + certifications (no pending)
• Permanent address must match Driver’s License/State ID

• 14 Operating Rooms | ~50 procedures per day
• Broad case mix (all specialties except cardiac & ophthalmology)
• Primary circulating role (scrub experience required) and EPIC EMR environment
