General Surgery (Robotics) Locum in Los Angeles, CA - Will license PA's!

Job description

Experience Required: DAVINCI XI ROBOT EXPERIENCE A MUST. This PA need is specifically to assist with robotics surgeries within Gynecology, Urology, general surgery. Head and Neck experience and/or experience with the Davinci SP robot a plus. An Intraoperative PA with experience in any combination of these service lines (2 or more) with the Davinci piece is the right fit.

What types of procedures or cases will the PA regularly assist with? Gyn: hysterectomies; Urology: prostatectomies, nephrectomies. General surgery - bread and butter
Is the PA expected to perform any procedures independently (e.g., minor cases, endoscopies)? No, will be in cases with a surgeon 100% of the time
Call: Rotating weekends and holidays. Call Rates TBD.
Coverage needed: Full time, but will consider those who can provide some part time coverage in addition to other jobs
Schedule: 5x8s, starting 645a or 9a.
Willing to license: YES
Credentialing time frame: 7 weeks
