Location: Cottonwood AZ
Shift Details:
• 24-hour beeper call
• 4-6 hours of call back daily
Schedule:

Apr 5(7am)-8(7am)

Apr 26(7am)-29(7am)

May 3(7am)-5(7am)

May 24(7am)-27(7am)

Jun 28(7am)-Jul 1(7am)

Jul 26(7am)-29(7am)

Aug 16(7am)-19(7am)

Aug 23(7am)-26(7am)

Sept 6(7am)-9(7am)

Sept 13(7am)-16(7am)

Sept 27(7am)-30(7am)

Oct 18(7am)-21(7am)

Nov 22(7am)-25(7am)

Dec 24(7am)-26(7am)

Dec 27(7am)-30(7am)

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 7-10 days per month
• Patients per day: 1 – 4
• EMR: Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or prior to the first day which will take approx. 3-4 hours
• Hospital bed size: 87
• Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
WILL LICENSE IF NEEDED
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
