•Length of Contract: Specific Shift Blocks – From April through December 2024
•Hospital bed size: 87
•Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required
•Board Certification: American Board of Surgery Board Certified or Board Eligible
•License Required: AZ License or IMLC
•Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• 4-6 hours of call back daily
