General Surgeon needed in MA!

Job description

Coverage Type: 24 hour call
Schedule: 7a-7a

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 4
· Trauma Level: IIII
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: Surgery only, no endoscopy. May need to consult on inpatients. Fully hospitalist and ICU attending coverage, so they would only be consultants. We have general surgery PAs who are in house the majority of the time.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: MA
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP - temp privs available

• Short term contract
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Active MA License
