Schedule: must be able to cover ALL dates:
December 18 - January 1 (7am-7am)

Practice:
Boards: Required
Certs: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
License: Prefer MT, will consider IMLC
Creds: 30 days
Temps: If needed
Trauma: Level 4
Airport: Fly into Billings, then drive 145 miles away

Coverage:
Reason: Holiday
Start: ASAP
Duration: TBD, Ongoing for now
Setting: 25 Bed Critical Access site
Type: Call coverage
Required: 24-Hour call, must be within 20 minutes of site at all times while on shift
Rooms: 3 OR Suites and 1 Endo Suite
Skills: Bread and Butter Surgeries including Laparoscopic, Robotic
Utilize CRNA's
Sub-Specialty:
• Full-service radiology (CT, MRI, U/S, 3D Tomography, Nuclear Med, Dexa-Scan), lab, respiratory therapy, cardiac & pulmonary rehab, and therapy services.
• Medical service: family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, swing bed, long term care, hospice, & palliative care
• Surgical Services: GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, visiting ENT
• Outreach/telehealth services: adult & peds cardiology, dermatology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, urology
Patient Demographic: Peds, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric
EMR: Epic w/ Dictation
Travel: Apartment is provided by facility. Rental car and flights are approved.
