Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a General Surgeon located in Truth or Consequences, NM for a Locum or Permanent position.

Requirements:
Specialty: General Surgery
License: New Mexico
Education: MD/DO
Certification: BC/BE

Details of the Opportunity:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Surgeon.
Proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, and colon resection.
Ability to provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Willingness to work in a rural setting and provide care in a Critical Access hospital.
Flexibility to work approximately 3 days per week.
Locum Tenens candidates must be open to the option of housing at a country club in Elephant Butte if non-local.
