The clinician will provide comprehensive general surgery services with 24-hour call coverage across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings at a Level IV trauma facility. Required procedures include abdominal, endoscopy, liver, stomach, gallbladder, appendix, colon, laparoscopy, and spleen cases. The average daily census is 15 patients, with an average of 0 to 5 general surgery patients per 24-hour call period. Board certification in General Surgery is negotiable for this locum tenens assignment.
