General Surgeon opportunity in Oregon for 5 to 10 days per month

Job description

We are currently seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible General Surgeon for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Oregon. This role covers both inpatient and outpatient settings with responsibilities across clinic, hospital, and procedures.
Assignment Dates:

April 14: Orientation
April 15–20
May 14–25
July 9–13
September 2–15
September 28–October 13

Position Overview:

Privileges: Clinic + Hospital
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Inpatient Beds: 21
Duties: Admissions
Patient Population: Adults
Average Census: ~10 patients/day
Required Procedures:

General Surgery (critical access environment)
Colonoscopy
Endoscopy



Ideal Candidate:

Active license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable in a critical access hospital environment
Able to cover any of the listed date blocks
Proficient in endoscopy and colonoscopy
