Job description

We are working with a hospital in south central Pennsylvania that is needing a General Surgeon for call coverage:

Specialty: General Surgeon
Setting: Inpatient
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
Requirements: BC GS, NM license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, ATLS
Pay: $2000/day + $275/hr call back after 2 hrs of gratis + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: 24 hr call coverage….weekends - 1 week
Call: yes
Patient Load/Age: 5-10 per shift
Procedures: all general cases (no endos required)
EMR: EPIC
COVID vax needed: yes
Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 60 days
