Work Details:
· Support staff: clinic has MA and LVN support and front office support; OR has typical OR support staff
· Patients per shift: Clinic schedule and OR schedule varies; clinic may have up to 15 patients/day; OR may have up to 6-8 endo cases/day; while gen surg case load varies depending on case acuity
· Skills required: General surgery with laparoscopic and endoscopic skills.

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BE or BC
· License required: Active Texas
· DEA: Texas (or one that is easily transferrable)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, ASAP

• Full time or part time
