Opportunity: Seeking a mid-level provider to join established group *APRN will provide high quality, outpatient care *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant *Must be able to obtain CT medical license *Join 3 MD's and 2 APRN's Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures.
