Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
