Job description
Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Home Health NP/PA for a flexible assignment in Central Oklahoma, focused on in-home health evaluations for adult and geriatric patients.
Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday
• Hours: 7:00a–7:00p
• Nights/Weekends: Not required
Work Details
• Average Visits Per Day: 6–9 in-home visits
• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations
• Medication and medical history review
• Physical examinations performed in the member’s home
• No prescribing, lab ordering, or treatment plan changes
• Documentation: Pre-populated, patient-specific evaluation forms provided
• EMR/Charting: My Signify
Travel & Logistics
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available
Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active OK state license required
• Education: Master’s degree required
