✔️ Completion of accredited Nursing Assistant program
✔️ Active Maryland NA license + current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of geriatric care experience
✔️ Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills

✔️ Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
✔️ Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly
✔️ Provide mobility support and fall-prevention care
✔️ Foster a compassionate, respectful environment for seniors
✔️ Document care accurately and ensure compliance with facility policies
