Job description

Contract Length: 3 months with an option to extend
Schedule: Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinic details
Practice Setting: geriatric outpatient continuity care
Patient Volume: Patient Volume: ~14 per day. 100%
Patient Population: Many of them are in their 80s/90s. Geriatrics needs to be a focus/serious interest.
Support Staff: RNs, other clinicians
