Job description

• This provider will be asked to float between 3 clinics: Lakes on the Green; Mainstreet; Doral clinic
• Bread and Butter Primary Care and Geriatrics
• Monday through Friday 9a-6p
• All Ages
• Prefer Board certified but will accept candidates with 10 years Primary care experience
• All inclusive rates
• Must be comfortable seeing 18-20 ppd
• EMR: E-Clinical Works
