Community Health Center – Baltimore, MD
Seeking 3 Family Medicine Physicians and 1 Internal Medicine Physician, 1 Pediatrician
• Baltimore, MD
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Monday - Friday
• 8 am - 5 pm; one weekly shift of 10am-7pm
• 20 - 30 patients per day
• Full support staff
• Adults only
• Licensed in Maryland
• Basic primary care duties: sick/well visits, annuals, medication management, disease management.
