FT Psychiatrist needed in NC!!!

Job description

8 hours/week in Crisis Stabilization Unit

12 hours/week supporting Medical Director

Up to 4 admits/discharges/week
30 Bed CSU. Usually 70-90% census
10-12 patients/day
Ages to be seen 10-17
Up to an hour for Evaluations
In the CSU on rounds they will see patients for about 10 minutes each.
On outpatient, up to 1 hour for evaluations and 20-30 minutes for follow ups.
Average length of stay is 45-60 days.
Support: RNs, FNP, Nurses and Treatment Teams
Cases Seen: Oppositional defiant disorder, IDD, Autism, PTSD, Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, ADHD and other stressors
EMR: Echo Vantage
Must be Board Certified. DO NOT need Fellowship.
