Healthcare Pros Of America, Inc. provides Employer of Record Service for the Independent Healthcare Professional.
You create the deal and we:
Ensure Labor Law Compliance
Handle Weekly Payroll including Workers Comp etc.
Handle Payroll Funding & Client Invoice Collection
Administer a Benefits Package
Charge no upfront fees, markups or commissions
Receive an Administrative Fee (5.5% of Pay Rate) when Client Invoice is collected.

• Receive a share of common stock when you begin your first Assignment.
• You identify and negotiate the Pay Rate with the Client
• We serve as the Employer of Record handling Payroll, Benefits, etc.
