Oncology Gynecology Physician in Baltimore, MD

GYN/Oncology Surgeon Locums
**LOCAL preferred
Schedule: 7-12 days per month, minimum 7 days per month

Call: Typically, they will be on call at least ½ of the time they are here. Sometimes for a week or 4 days straight

Patient Volume: This would be mainly for call (day time consults and night call coverage). There is a residency but I have not confirmed if the locum would take the consults from the resident or will be responsible for the consults directly.

Special Procedures/Required: none outside of what they are typically credentialed to do. GYN/ONC typically helps with backing up our OB/GYNs if they get into trouble in the OR

Support Staff: day time APP Tuesday-Friday, and office staff to help with posting cases. If there is an urgent patient in clinic, there are MAs, Nurse navigators, front desk staff, etc to help with scheduling , and assistance in the offices. There may be resident help some nights for first call but sometimes this is a first all scenario for call.
