Advanced Women’s Care is expanding women’s healthcare services in Lake Havasu City and is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing rural team.

You will work alongside 1 established OB/GYN and 1 additional OB provider, helping serve a community that deeply values accessible, high-quality maternity care.

Full-scope midwifery (prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, well-woman care)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation: $130,000–$170,000 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
Minimum 2+ years of clinical midwifery experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
Experience in full-scope midwifery, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care
Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients independently
Confident collaborating with OB physicians in a team-based model
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
Passionate about rural healthcare and community impact
Comfortable practicing full-scope midwifery
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Rural experience is welcome but not required.
