📍 Location: Virginia (Travel Provided)
⏰ Schedule: 24-Hour In-House Call Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
🗓️ Shifts Available: 4–8 shifts per month | Preferred: 8 shifts monthly
📅 Start Date: July 2026
📄 Contract Length: 6 Months

⚡ THE HIGHLIGHTS:

High-Volume Practice: Busy OB/GYN service averaging 70–75 deliveries and 20–25 non-obstetrical surgeries per month. This is not a slow practice.

Full Scope OB Coverage: Responsible for all OB services on Labor & Delivery and unassigned OB/GYN hospital call coverage.

Resident Management: Physician will be expected to manage residents during coverage.

Strong Clinical Support: Work alongside 5 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 5 Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife.

Excellent Facility Support: 164-bed acute-care medical center with 280 physicians across multiple specialties and a Level II Nursery.

Flexible Scheduling: Facility will allow 2 consecutive 24-hour in-house call shifts to be worked.

🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

Board Certification: Must be Board Certified – American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Licensure: Active Virginia License Required

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years required (Client strongly prefers 5+ years)

Name Clear Process: REQUIRED prior to submission

Preferred Certifications: EFM, NRP, PALS

Documentation: Updated CV with detailed work history strongly preferred

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Labor & Delivery Coverage: Manage all OB services on Labor & Delivery

Hospital Call: Cover all unassigned OB/GYN hospital call responsibilities

Procedures: OB/GYN core procedures with minor GYN surgical cases required

Resident Oversight: Supervise and manage residents during assigned shifts

Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation

Practice Settings: OB/GYN Clinic + Hospital Coverage

$400 per Hour
