Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week rotation (no night call)

Join a collaborative and high-acuity inpatient team specializing in hematologic malignancies and cellular transplant. This role is ideal for an experienced NP or PA who thrives in a complex clinical environment and enjoys working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Position Highlights
• 12-hour shifts, rotating Monday–Sunday (no overnight call; Hospitalist team provides coverage)
• Work alongside 4 other APPs daily for rounding, care coordination, and patient management
• Responsibilities include:
– Rounding and managing post-transplant and malignant hematology patients
– Coordinating care for admissions/discharges and relapse cases
– Managing comorbidities common in transplant patients
• Highly collaborative environment with physicians, nursing, and support staff

Requirements
• Experienced NP or PA (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong background in hematology, oncology, and/or hospital medicine
• Prior Bone Marrow Transplant experience highly preferred

• Inpatient BMT unit at a leading San Diego hospital

• Average 10–12 patients per day
