Practice Setting:
• Cancer Center
• General Hematology–Oncology
• In‑office and infusion practice

EMR:
• Mosaiq

Credentialing:
• 6–8 weeks

Certifications Required:
• BLS
• ACLS
• Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification
• Oncology Certified

Licensure Required:
• Active New York State License
• DEA
