About the clinician's workday

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive follow-up care for hematology and oncology patients in a clinic setting managing 15-16 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, coordinating ongoing care, and participating in 1:4 call rotation with 3 medical oncologists. The clinician must maintain documentation through Meditech EMR system for all patient encounters and coordinate care with registered nurses and full office staff.
