Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient & Telehealth
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Patients Per Shift: 12

Beds in Department: 21 chair center
EMR: Epic/Beacon (All chemo ordered through treatment plans)



Description:

Monday through Friday, inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage.
Flexible to 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days.
Night/weekend call
No more than 12 patients per day if/when outpatient, with visit types:
Survivorship
ACP
Chemo Start Visits
Benign Hematology Consults
Pre-chemotherapy f/u visits
21 chair Oncology infusion center


CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified
Board Eligible
BLS
Covid Card

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Washington
