The physician associate will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology follow-up care in a clinic setting managing 15-16 patients daily during day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include participating in 1:4 call rotation coverage with 3 medical oncologists and coordinating care with registered nurses and full office staff. The clinician must maintain documentation through the facility's electronic medical record system for all patient encounters. Board certification and active New York licensure are mandatory requirements for this follow-up care position.
