Description:
An oncology group is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage at their facility in Seaside OR starting September 1 through January 31. The locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide outpatient coverage for an outpatient clinic with approximately 12 patients per day.

Skills and Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1-year Oncology experience
- Experience with EPIC preferred

Work Schedule:
Full-time coverage is needed starting September 1 through January 31 with a flexible work schedule of 4 10-hour shifts per week. No weekends or call required. Initial contract will be 6-months with potential to extend. September 1 start date pending an estimated 90 day credentialing process.

Benefits:
This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits. Travel and lodging -or- mileage reimbursement is also provided for non-local candidates.

Salary: $105.00 per hour
