Location: Eureka, CA
Start Date: 06-17-2024
End Date: 08-02-2024
Schedule: Call starts Monday AM- Monday AM (7 days a month). If they get a call in clinic, the patient will be seen by the permanent provider they are assigned to. Only calls after hours at night will be ones they will need to mostly address. Those calls come in via cell phone. They are rarely physically called back in. Mainly phone calls.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Active CA License
· Must have 2 years of inpatient activity to qualify for privileges
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
