A large hospital/medical center, affiliated with a large health system, is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.

Home of dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, museums, and other attractions, Hartford, Connecticut is a great assignment location.
About the clinician's workday
The schedule is 3 days per week from 8:00a-4:30p. The EMR system is EPIC. The facility is a level 1 trauma.
Additional job details
- Case load/PPD: 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for OP clinic
- Support staff: 10 MD/DO's, 8 APP's
- Patient population: Adults
- Call ratio/schedule: 2-3 weekends/year, nights are 1:10
- Location type: On-Site
- Prescriptive authority required: Yes
- # of new consults: 10 IP consults/day, give or take
- Treament type(s): General Hem/Onc
