We are working with a cancer center in SE Kentucky that is needing a full time Hem/Onc provider:

Specialty: Hem/Onc
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Start Date: Dec - ongoing
Requirements: BC or TBE Hem/Onc, KY license or IMLC, DEA, BLS
Pay: $375/hr + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: Mon-Fri...8a-4p
Call: no
Patient Load/Age: 20 per day in clinic...0-3 inpatient
Procedures: all general Hem/Onc cases
COVID vax needed: yes
Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 45 days
