Hem/Onc Physician needed in MN - Willing to license

Job description

-Start Date: ASAP
-Contract Length: End Date: 6 months - possible extensions
-Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) 8am-4:30pm

-Work Details:
· Support staff: Full time APP support
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time coverage needed
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 590

· Skills required: Medical Oncology/Hematology. Solids coverage required

-Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: MN license, willing to license
· DEA: Required
· Certifications required: BLS
-Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days with license. 120 days if license is needed

• 6 months, possibility to extend
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
