Hem/Onc needed in Astoria, OR! WILL LICENSE!

Job description

Location: Astoria, OR
Start Date: February 5 ideally but open to later
Contract Length 6 months
Shift Details:8:00a-6:00p
Schedule:Monday-Thursday - WILL CONSIDER 2 weeks per month!
Patient population/age: Adult
Special procedures: 80% MedOnc, 20% HemOnc
Credentialing Timeframe: With active OR license can be as quick as 2 weeks, without OR license it can be 8-12 weeks total before start date
