Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-430p (Somewhat Flexible). Call 1 week per month (eve/weekend)
Schedule: M-F
60% Oncology and 40% Hematology
Inpatient and outpatient
Will license if needed!
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
