Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-5p clinic. On Call One Weekday/Night. - 1 week a month coverage is acceptable!!
Schedule: Mon-Fri / Weekend Call Every 4th or 5th Weekend. 5p Thurs or Fri to Mon 8am
Patient Mix: 50% Medical Oncology, 50% Hematology
· Special procedures: Provider will Do Consultations in Main Hospital Across the Street from Clinic
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days - Temp and Emergency Privileges Available
