The facility features comprehensive support services including on-site phlebotomy services, hematology laboratory, and MTM pharmacists to manage oral chemotherapy. The treatment center maintains 9 infusion chairs and utilizes EPIC EMR system to ensure coordinated patient care delivery.

About the clinician's workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 14-16 patients daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 60-minute new patient appointments and 30-minute follow-up visits while coordinating care with one telemedicine physician and one advanced practitioner. The position requires rotational call coverage with other clinicians and utilizes EPIC EMR system including Clinical Pathways via Oncology for documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this assignment.
