Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Outpatient only, no call requirements
Option for longer workdays to reach 40 hours/week

Requirements:
Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology
Active WA medical license or IMLC eligibility
BLS certification
Outpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred

Additional Details:
Travel and lodging provided (caps apply)
Steady patient volume (~14/day)
Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days

• Start Date: November 3, 2025
• Pay Rate: $400 – $450/hour
• Assignment Length: ~3 months (with potential for extension)
