Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed in Coupeville, WA

Job description

Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): weekday clinic and coverage of the outpatient infusion center during the week.
• Frequency of any Call needed: night time telephone call only (low intensity)
• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 8am-5pm M-F with one hour lunch break 12-1pm
Work Details:
• Support staff: RNs, MAs, CNAs
• Department Description: outpatient medical oncology clinic and infusion center
• Patient Volume: 10-15 pts/day
• Patient Age Group: adults
• EMR/Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
Requirements:
• Are Board Certifications Req’d?: BC in medical oncology required
• Which State License(s) Req’d?: WA
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS & ACLS
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years): 1-2
• Are vaccines mandatory?: No
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days
Are you willing To License?: No, WA license needed
Is IMLC Accepted?: Yes
Which travel is billable (airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc): all (client makes all arrangements)
