Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Coverage at Outpatient Clinic in Washington

This outpatient cancer center provides specialized hematology and oncology services in a fully supported clinic environment. The facility maintains a coordinated clinical support team that includes a full infusion center staffed by 4 registered nurses, 1 licensed treatment nurse, 2 medical assistants, a pharmacist, and a chief practice administrator. Clinical operations are structured to facilitate efficient outpatient cancer and blood disorder care delivery.

About the clinician's workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinic coverage from June 15 through June 18, working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a short day on Friday, managing 8-10 patients per day. The practice is 100% outpatient; outpatient experience is preferred but not required. Clinical documentation must be maintained through the ONCO EMR system for all patient encounters. Board certification in Medical Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
