Job Title: Locum Physician Internal Medicine - Hematology, Oncology

Practice Setting: Outpatient
Board Status: Certified and Eligible
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and evaluations of patients presenting with internal medicine, hematology, and oncology concerns.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on the diagnosis and individual patient needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Utilize the Cerner EMR system for accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in internal medicine, hematology, and oncology through continuous education and professional development.
Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient care and practice efficiency.
Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards in the delivery of medical care.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Internal Medicine.
Subspecialty board certification in Hematology and Oncology.
Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
Eligibility for DEA registration.
Proficiency in using the Cerner EMR system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
