Responsibilities:
Manage GHVD, perform apheresis, LP, BMT aspirate & biopsy
Administer IVIG, Vertex & CAR T infusions, stem cell infusion
Chemotherapy adjustments (Busulfan), neutropenia/sepsis management

Certifications: AOCNP, PALS

Schedule:
Days or Nights Only
Coverage Dates: Estimated 12/28 – Feb 7, w/option to extend.
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Credentialing: 0–30 Days
Active NY License Required
COVID & Flu Vaccination Required
