Locums, Ongoing contract
M-F 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm
Mileage reimbursed (travel may be considered)
This role will hold a census of approximately 20 patients (An average of 4-6 per day) and provide Palliative Care services directly to patients in the community (in their homes). Services will include symptom management and prescribing to manage symptoms of serious illness. This NP will be solely responsible for providing and managing the care of these patients.
Minimum years of Experience: 4 years

• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm
• Avg 4-6 patients per day; census of 20 patients total
• Minimum years of Experience: 4 years in Palliative Care
