Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician for a Home Health Float Pool role across Kentucky. This position involves conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. It’s an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexibility and supplemental income without prescribing or treatment management responsibilities.

Schedule
Flexible scheduling: Monday – Sunday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required
Responsibilities
Conduct 6–9 in-home patient evaluations per day
Review medical history and medications
Perform physical assessments
Complete documentation using pre-populated, patient-specific forms
No prescribing, lab orders, or treatment modifications
Practice Setting
Home Health (Field-based)
Coverage Areas
Float coverage across multiple regions including:

Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, Owensboro, Paducah, Pikeville, London, Somerset, Evansville, Huntington, Cincinnati, Clarksville
Includes surrounding counties within each region

Requirements
Board Certified Physician (MD/DO)
Active Kentucky license required
Master’s degree required
