Hospice/Pallitive Care Physician needed in OR!

Job description

-Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8am-5pm and can take a lunch when able to during that time).
Call 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month, sometimes with NP overlap and sometimes not.

· Support staff: Yes
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs
-Practice Setting:
• Outpatient/Telehealth
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: Board Certification and truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
· License required: Active OR License
· DEA: Yes – OR
· Certifications required: BLS

• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• OR License required
