Hospice/Pallitive Care Physician needed in OR!

Job description

-Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm and can take a lunch when able to during that time). They will take call 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month, sometimes with NP overlap
-Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs
-Practice Setting: Telehealth
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes - Board Certification and truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency - Should be BC or BE in FM, IM highly prefer they are in Hospice (if FM or IM, they MUST have ample experience in hospice work)
· License required: Active OR and Active WA License
· DEA: Yes – OR and WA
· Certifications required: BLS
-Credentialing Timeframe: asap
