A hospice organization in the Portland metro area is seeking one full-time locum physician to provide telehealth coverage for patients in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch as schedule permits)

Practice Details

Telehealth setting

Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) model

Responsibilities include consultations, medication management, telehealth visits, and CTIs

EMR: Epic

Support staff provided

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Strongly prefer BC in Hospice & Palliative Medicine

FM/IM candidates must have substantial hospice experience

Active Oregon License & DEA (required at time of presentation)

Active Washington License & WA DEA (required at time of presentation)

IMLC accepted (for WA license)

BLS certification required
