iWorld Professional is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens for a growing hospital in New York State. The compensation is $250–$275/hour.  

CRNA Overview:

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens assignments in New York State. This is a unique opportunity to earn a highly competitive hourly rate while working with a reputable healthcare team in a supportive environment.

CRNA Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care, including preoperative assessments, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
Administer various anesthesia techniques, such as general, regional, or sedation, tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond appropriately to changes during procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
CRNA Requirements:

Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Active and unrestricted New York State license.
Credentialed in the State of New York (must have NY State DOH privileges).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing CRNA preferred; locum tenens experience is a plus.
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (required).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
