Hospitalist NP or PA Coverage Needed in Richmond, CA

This facility is seeking an Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM – 7 On/Off Schedule. Split weeks – Wednesday through Tuesday or Thursday through Wednesday (2 providers need to work opposite shifts).

W2 position. Benefits coverage can also be negotiated. 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hrs.

Credentialing finalization takes about 45-60 days in Northern California. Must be Board Certified and have an active California license.

• Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Rounding on Patients daily – Handling some Admissions as needed but mainly rounding. Covering Med Surg and Med Tele departments
• PPD: Estimated 8-10 Patients
